Our LEASING PROGRAM PLUS offers you
a simple and economical way of
finding tenants through our
company's extensive marketing
programs and our global broker
program. We find the tenant,
make the arrangements for moving
them in, then turn things over to
you. You collect the rent and
manage the relationship with the
tenant.
Our PROPERTY MANAGEMENT STANDARD
program relieves you of the burden
of rent collection, repairs,
evictions and day-to-day management
of your property. We take care
of all of that. Each month, we
send you a check (cheque) with your
net revenues. It's simple and
easy.
Our PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PLUS program
offers all the services of our
standard program, but we add bill
and tax payment services, plus we
arrange for the turnaround of the
property between tenants. This
includes providing a housekeeping
service to prepare your property for
the next tenant.
