A Summary of Our Listing Program

  • We collect no fees upfront.  No listing fee.  No marketing fee.  Nothing.  If we lease or let your property you owe us a commission.  If we don't lease or let it, you owe us nothing.

  • Property owners sign an exclusive (cancellable) exclusive listing agreement with us

  • If we lease your property, you pay us a 10% commission, based on the total amount of the lease.  You don't pay a penny more.

  • We absorb all marketing and staffing costs related to the marketing and leasing/letting of your property

  • We make our rental team available 7 days a week, so your property will be maximum exposure to renters
